Attorney W. David Rovang is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Kitsap County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar for the Western District of Washington.
A former Deputy Prosecutor from 1980 to 1986, Mr. Rovang has been in private practice in Kitsap County since 1987. His practice is focused primarily on criminal defense and personal injury.
Attorney Eric Michael Fong is on the board of directors at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. He's also on the board of directors for Washington State Trial Lawyer's Association (WSTLA), and has served as the vice-chair of the criminal law section. He has served on the board of directors for the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, the board of directors for the Port Orchard Rotary Club and is a trustee for the Kitsap County Bar Association.
Mr. Fong has tried over 40 cases to a verdict and argued over 60 cases in the Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court. He has successfully litigated in the United States District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington, Pierce County, King County and Kitsap County. In criminal defense, his experience includes cases from murder in the first degree to petty theft.
